I've spoken to the council and they have been waiting on Eden Brae to finalize some details since January 12th.. so EBH have been dragging their feet... they have also warned that there will be a price hike post February 15th... so I am far from impressed.. if it comes to that ($8K price hike), I will not be going ahead with them.. have lined up a tender with Clarendon already... we shall see.
